Grass Roots hold an international conference for all their their key stakeholders annually.
My job was to come up with a theme for the conference, and to design assets for it. One of the main messages for the conference was about togetherness, and all attendees were asked for their favourite song around that theme. Each attendee would receive a box on arrival, personalised with a poster, a CD inlay with their poster on the front, with details of the conference schedule. Plus a ticket for the evening entertainment, and backstage VIP pass.
