Working with Oxfam was a great opportunity, and the projects were pretty varied. I was involved with the redesign of the main UK site in 2009, which involved implementing the new Oxfam brand.
I also worked closely with the e-commerce team to redesign the ‘Oxfam Unwrapped site. This involved wire-framing and UX design, looking at the whole user journey to help avoid drop-off and conversion.
